This survey tool is provided to help groups self-assess the degree to which the conditions and
practices that lead to successful learning for every student are present in their day-to-day work experiences. By giving consideration to the content of your professional learning in conjunction with the process of your learning, you and your colleagues will be more likely to produce the results you want for your students.
While a print-ready version of this survey is available below, we recommend that groups join the NCLE network
by registering their team on the site and inviting all members to sign up. This provides the team with access to the online version of the inventory so that NCLE can generate a report of the team's results that the team can use for goal-setting purposes.
You may want to determine your collective progress in the area of "process learning" by periodically retaking the asset inventory and comparing your team’s results over time.
